International CRM Specialist

Job Descriptions


  • Will be based in one of GO-JEK’s SEA Office (Singapore / Ho Chi Minh / Bangkok)
  • Plan and execute the CRM activities to GO-JEK existing users using mobile engagement and CRM tools, including Clevertap and Email Marketing platform (and SMS if necessary)
  • Evaluate the Customer Journey Map, analyze drop-offs and suggest initiatives to improve overall customer experiences and retention
  • Ensures that the data and configuration in CRM campaigns setup are correct.
  • Assesses various options for optimizing and customizing the CRM system to help the business unit & GO-JEK grow and evolve.
  • Attends regular meetings with various team members from business units to review upcoming issues / planning and suggest initiative possibilities from CRM standpoints.
  • Do experiments and A/B testing to gain more insights on what works and what's not
  • Measure and report performance of all CRM campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure the achievement of business objectives


Job Qualification


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in English both in written and speaking is mandatory
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders in different locations, cultures and languages
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing / CRM field (Min 2 years)
  • Demonstrable experience in executing and managing mobile engagement and CRM tools (MixPanel / Clevertap / Salesforce, etc)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital CRM campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Have basic knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, proficient in doing A/B testing.
  • Experiences in well-known e-commerce / platform-based and mobile-based startup is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good ability to work well with others and people of varying technical skills.
  • Have the creativity, initiative and excitement about the possibilities of the CRM.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Quick, analytical thinker, excellent business analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
  • Any background with CSS and HTML would be a plus.
