Job Description

Given our extremely exacting standards of hiring, achieving this requires strong communication skills and deep commitment.Outside-the-box problem-solving skills are essential.

Expectations : -

  1. Shortening time between touch points with candidates.
  • Shortening overall time from the first conversation to offer/rejection.
  1. Using GO-JEK interview panelists time and effort:
    • Better scheduling
    • Better communication of candidate interview history with GO-JEK panellists.
  1. Analyze data and identify what’s working and what isn’t and feed that into the improvement process.

Responsibilities : -

  • Consult with leaders/recruiters to understand the staffing requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Communicate about the company and job with relevant candidates.
  • Manage the ATS and keep it up to date.
  • Coordinate and maintain calendar invites for Skype,T-con and in-person interviews.
  • Follow up with the candidates for code submissions and set up calls with panels whenever necessary.
  • Maintain a complete record (Excel Sheets) of interviews and sourcing trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.

Skills & Requirements : -

  • 2+ year’s work experience as a recruitment coordinator / equivalent 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.
  • Good understanding about various tech stacks.
  • Familiarity with one or more HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media hiring.
  • Good sourcing knowledge through various job portals.
