Project Manager

Singapore, Singapore Contract

As a Project Manager you’ll be responsible to support, coordinate and manage all few priority projects for Go-Jek Singapore. You will need to have strong leadership and communication skills and an execution focus in a dynamic environment.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Propose, design and manage project initiative in a way that is in line with our business strategic

  • Follow project management principles and best practices to effectively Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close the project

  • Monitor and control project by addressing potential and actual problems while measuring and monitoring progress and performance against plans

  • Track project progress to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals and communicate status to stakeholders in regular basis

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Leads across organizational boundaries and collaborates with other functions as needed

  • Coordinate all resources devoted to the execution of projects effectively

  • Ensures team members have clear goals and objectives that are aligned with the project

  • Motivate, coach, and develop individuals and teams.

  • Work with management to prepare project plan, budget and schedules

  • Prepare project documentations and reports for management review

  • Assist in employee recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, and promotion activities

 

IDEALLY, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Proven working experience as project manager around HR initiatives, Learning and Development / Technology industries with a minimum of 5 Years of Total Experience

  • Experience developing and maintaining a project plan and proactively leading cross-functional project teams

  • Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

  • Strong time management skills with ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to multi-task, response to challenges with creativity, empathy and flexibility, and work well in a dynamic environment

  • High degree of commitment, flexibility, self-motivation, self-confidence, and assertiveness

  • Strong interest in new technology, people development and business process improvement

 

Period : 6 Months Contract to hire
